They still haven't released episode 8 yet. But they are the best subbing group for DBS.
Other groups just do speed subs using Google Translate and that's why they get them up in like 12 hours.

Unfortunately Dragon Team has been late for episode 7 and 8. Hopefully as they said, they don't make it a habit.

... Every scene of Frieza in other world in DBZ is filler. He never appears once in the manga after Trunks killed him.
So these "unusual" facts aren't unusual at all. You need special permission to have your body in other world.
All those scenes with Freiza and Cell and Babadi in other world with their bodies are garbage filler that defy DBZ facts. Why didn't Vegeta get a body when he died? He's a much better person than Cell or Babadi.. because that filler is stupid as hell.

The only bad guys that made sense were the Ginyu Force... but only on King Kai's planet as he could have used them for training.
Now Frieza probably kept his body in other world stuck in a cocoon as seen in Resurrection 'F' because he was so evil and that was his punishment, to be serenaded by fairies and teddy bears. Every one else is body less, a spirit cloud thing.
