- I'm Having Problem With Majin Vegeta's Counter Attack . He Transports In The Back Of An Energy Ball Instead Of Transporting Behind His Enemy

This is not a bug.
Most characters should only use counter attacks with enemies that are close by.
Goku and Vegito have Instant Transmission so you can use it wherever and they will teleport behind the closest enemy and attack them.
Krillin and Vegeta can only move a shorter distance so their counter attacks should only be used in close range against melee attacks.
