Point Blank Energy Blast Damage

So I've been organizing Ki based attacks and creating a list of what damage I will make for them,
and then I thought about adding a multiplier to that damage for when that attack is done point blank range.

So I will put up a few options in which you can vote for.

This is basically a point blank kamehameha


You may also suggest another option in a comment reply.

Multiple choice and Vote cancelling is enabled if you want to make multiple choices or change your choices.

25 to 33% seems fair enough to me.

If It's A Weaker Version of the existing attack then it should be 25% - 30%

Point-Blank means it was fired very close to the target.
So Goku's Instant Transmission Kamehameha was point blank range on Cell.
It's a damage boost not reduction. I mean, I even wrote "How much more damage"

Whew!.... This New Addition Looks Neat

The point blank kamehameha looks like small spirit bomb though.

Those have always existed in the game and even some of them did more damage than the actual attack.
It's just the animation of it before it explodes into a beam.
Now though I want it to follow a consistent system for damage boost and shiiiii~

So it seems that 25% damage boost is the winner and I can update all the attack values of ki based attacks! Yay for progress!
