This is an old update from months ago. But I never posted to this thread.
It will be available in next release:

Melee attacks now use state 7 which is the defend state. So now isntead of 2 punches causing both characters to flinch in pain. They block each other out kinda as if they were blocking. It's like a sort of melee clash.

YOU CAN EXPERIENCE IT FIRST HAND IN THE NEXT UPDATE WHICH WILL BE RELEASED IN THE COMING WEEKS... hopefully. Shocked

Game Mechanics Empty Saiyan Transformations

Game Mechanics EGRX36L

Okay so according to official sources, Super Saiyan raises a Saiyan's base power by 50x, SS2 raises a Saiyan's base power by 100x or 2x SS and finally SS3 is 400x base or 4x SS2.
Those numbers are too massive though, so I decided to divide them all by 25 making Super Saiyan at 2x, etc.
There are no official numbers for Vegeta and Trunks' Super Saiyan ascension levels during so I made my own up.
Also since there are attack and defense stats, I square rooted the power and got the attack and defense that way.
Speed affects both movement speed (running, jumping, dashing) and attack speed (punching)
Ki consumption is how much ki is used for attacks and such.

Chart of who can attain which transformation. "Ultimate" form is obviously exclusive to Gohan.
